Founder & CEO
Mother Chase, also known as Mrs. G to her extended children is described by her peers as innovative, genuine, charismatic, and grounded. She fiercely expresses herself and believes that in sharing her struggles, fears, and life experiences she can help liberate others who are going through similar challenges.
Chase Glass is a person who leaves a lasting impression. She listens, asks thought provoking questions, and proposes realistic and measurable solutions. She is a leader, mother to two biological children and two of her paternal nieces (which are known as her bonus babies) in addition to being an entrepreneur with a vision to help at-risk youth transform into tomorrow’s leaders giving back more than what was given to them.
For the past eighteen years, she has worked with organizations and teams within the Washington DC metropolitan area to plan, implement, evaluate, and share the outcomes of key stakeholders and community-engaged initiatives. She also serves as a Facilitator, Program Manager, Event Organizer, Business Consultant, and Influential Speaker to start up small business owners, nonprofits and for-profit organizations.
Her background includes community engagement, stakeholder relations, team management, identifying/resolving conflict resolution, integrated marketing, change management, strategic planning and deployment, end-user training, train-the-trainer, curricula development, program planning and program evaluation in the areas of youth services, information technology and health care across private and public organizations.
Chase holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in HealthCare Management from the American InterContinental University. She also acquired professional certifications as a RMA- Registered Medical Assistant, Project Management Institute – Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master and plans to obtain her Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
Chase serves as a volunteer on the:

• Digital Pioneers Academy – D.I.P.P. Committee Chair
• Founder & CEO for A Mother’s Promise Inc. (Nonprofit) founded in 2020

Chief Operations Officer
LaTanya Clemencia is a Professional Coordinator for National Geographic, the Activation Department. She graduated from Ballou Senior High School in Washington, D.C. After graduating high, LaTanya worked her way through the private Sector, while forging relationships with those who shared the same goal as she…giving back to the community. LaTanya was raised in Washington, D.C., but currently resides in Prince Georges County, MD.
Kionena Powell was a teenage mother and understands the difficulty of trying to balance a life transformation while creating a life for a child. She has developed a passion for helping young ladies rebuild themselves and gain another chance at life. Mother Kionena knows the process of overcoming life challenges and realizing potential despite difficult circumstances. She knows that with the right guidance and direction our young ladies will become great by rebuilding their self-esteem and enhancing their life skills.
Mother Kionena has a Masters in Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Ariel Morel is a highly creative, results-driven executive management professional with entrepreneurial passion, drive and vision.
With more than 15 years’ experience and expertise in operational and organizational management, program development, and ensuring quality performance; Ariel believes that a strategic approach is key to the success and of an organization.
Specializing in quality and organizational management, Ariel consistently focuses on the bottom line, providing strong leadership, and being a team player. Ariel possesses a great sense in creating creative solutions that benefit stakeholders, consumers and most importantly the community.
Ariel has an extensive educational background having several undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida (UF) in History, Political Science and a Certificate in International Relations. Ariel also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Public Administration from Florida International University (FIU) and a Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Organizational Leadership from National University. Ariel also holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Ariel has also completed professional development activities with the City of Miami Beach Neighborhood Leadership Academy and also attended local, state, national and international seminars on various topics relating to administration, child abuse and prevention, education, grants, government & quality.
Before working as an Information Technology Project Manager, Roxanne Robson was a Business development and Marketing Strategist for a Microsoft Partnering company in Bangladesh. She lead the development of her university’s curriculum to include Microsoft certifications to better the chances of graduates in acquiring a job right off the gate. After spending nearly a decade working in PR and marketing for start-up educational institutions and developing their curriculums, Roxanne believes that programs cultivating social, emotional and intellectual well-being must be a part of the education system, it is what truly drives empowerment, self acceptance, and encourages individuals to unlock their true potential.
Roxanne has organized and led multiple ad campaigns and 5K races to raise awareness on mental health and education for underprivileged children.
Roxanne holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from North South University of Bangladesh. She also acquired her PMP certification in 2019 and is current pursing to become a Certified Scrum Master.
Web & Application Development
Kendria has dedicated her life to working with non-profits that are trying to improve the lives of others. She has over 20 years of graphic and web design experience working in the non-profit sector. Her expertise is in the marketing and branding field of visual communications, including web/graphic design, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Kendria’s work includes raising funds for educational advancement for at-risk youth in Washington, DC and bringing awareness to the public about issues involving local health.
Kendria’s education background includes a Bachelors of Art in studio art with a minor in cognitive science and a Masters of Art in Communications.
Director - Youth Program Development
DeVanté is pleased to join AMP’s team as a Director of Youth Program Development.
As a native of Southeast Washington, D.C., DeVanté has dedicated his time to working with children East of the River to provide academic, emotional, and social support.
DeVante’ is currently the Dean of Students at a prominent DC Public Charter School and serves as a mentor to many of the student body. Prior to joining the AMP family, he worked for various education entities including DCPS, DCPCS, City Year, and the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.
DeVanté is an alumnus of both Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and American University in D.C. and holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from LU and a Masters of Education from AU.
